Welcome to the Ear Defender become a dealer page. Our dealer process is very simple. Please download and fill out the forms linked below. You will need to complete both forms and submit a valid State issued resale certificate to become an Ear Defender dealer. Once you have competed your paperwork then all that is left is to place an order.
Please note that the resale document and the credit card authorization document must be completed and submitted along with a copy of your state issued resale certificate in order to process your company as an Ear Defender dealer.
